I ordered the Ultimate Healthy Man test, and the kit arrived very promptly. After ordering, I received important emails outlining each step of the process, including detailed instructions on how to take the test at home, the best way to send it by post for a reliable turnaround, and how the results would be communicated. They provide a comprehensive PDF guide and YouTube links with step-by-step instructions. I highly recommend following all the tips to improve blood flow and maximize the speed and volume of collection—especially immersing your hand in very warm water for several minutes before each finger prick and standing up during blood collection. This makes the process much easier. Also, pricking the side of the fingertip (rather than the pad) reduces discomfort and helps blood flow more smoothly. Communication was excellent, with 24-hour signed-for tracking of the return package. My lab sample was checked in just before 11 AM the next day, and I received all my results in less than four hours later. The results were emailed to me and also made available on my personalized dashboard after logging into their website. Overall, a fantastic service with exceptionally fast turnaround times. Highly recommended!

Great staff and an efficient service. GP would see me for nearly a month. One day tests showed I had a kidney infection. Details sent to my GP and he saw me the next day. Without One Day test I would have been much worse.

The guy who took my blood was efficient, professional and friendly. The results were very speedy. However, there was an issue with getting my date of birth right. I thought this had been resolved on that day, but it seems it was not as I now cannot access the notes from my GP appointment as they depend upon a correct date of birth to access them. I took the test in Milton Keynes which appears not to be on the location drop-down list.
