Dominika in the Hove branch is fantastic. Overall service and experience is super efficient and just what is needed at the moment.

I purchased a fully comprehensive package of blood tests. The package arrived with 3 vials to collect the blood samples for 50+ tests. Quite unrealistic. In facts, I was sent TWICE additional kits with a couple of vials each in order to provide more blood for the tests. Why didn't they send all the 7 vials with the first kit? The whole test took 3 weeks with 3 different kits. Nothing to say about the results and their clarity. Still a recommended service but they should review their biggest packages and adjust the kits accordingly.

Magdalena at the Guildford clinic is so friendly and professional. She allows you time to ask questions and I never feel rushed. I have 'difficult' veins but she always has success on the first attempt. I receive my results within a matter of hours. This is a fantastic service with fantastic staff!

I've been using the Guildford location for around 3 years now. Magdalena is absolutely fantastic and very professional. I've never had any trouble & you don't feel the needle going in. Results get emailed to you within 24 hours and stored online so that you can monitor your results over the years. This is really helpful. I tend to book the first appointment on a Friday AM and get there 07:40 ish. I'm normally out before 08:00, which also means no car park charge.

Please take the results with a pinch of salt and whatever result you get (good or bad) please take it to your GP to go over and possibly get a NHS re test via an NHS lab. My LDL cholesterol came in at 5.36mmol/l and HDL rock bottom which shocked me as I’m in good shape and eat healthily with no family history of heart conditions. I went to the GP stressing and fearing a genetic condition. He was also a little shocked and a tad suspicious. He said I’d most likely need statins going off of this reading but advised a re test. 2 days later the GP’s re test bloods came back at 3.31mmol/l and HDL within range. Quite a difference from One Day Tests along with a lot of stress and almost getting prescribed life long medication. Always get a re test from your dr!!!
