First Impressions Count. I looked at the website, but I just needed a couple of questions answered. I called up and spoke to Emma - well what a fabulous lady she is. We laughed, and talked for quite some time. She could not have been more helpful, answering all of my silly questions and guiding me in such a caring helpful way. My husband and I finally had out tests done yesterday in Bristol, Where Magdelana was just great too. I cannot rate this company highly enough. Thank you One Day Tests, I will definitely recommend. Very pleased to find this private service available fairly close to my home address. A wide variety of blood tests available, well curated into groups with explanation of which groups might be of interest. For me, i had little need of the explanations (being a doctor), but explanation was certainly available had I needed it. Easy to book. No difficulty obtaining a suitable appointment or in finding the site of this centre. I rang with just one question - to check and confirm that the results would come only to me and this is the situation. Blood sample taken quickly and professionally. All three results communicated with 30 hours by email. Each test in a separate email with a six digit security code. Will certainly use this service again and will recommend to anyone else who might need private blood test results

I recently booked a test, at the Croydon branch and it was such a stress free easy appointment. The customer service was great. The lady who did my test was really lovely. I usually find these appointments painful and often have bruising afterwards however I left within minutes of arriving and didn’t have any bruising afterwards. I was also pleasantly surprised that I received my results so quickly the following day! Fantastic service would definitely reuse their services

I have always struggled with having blood drawn as my veins in both my arms are difficult to find. However, Vivienne was great and on her first go was successful with least pain. Great service will be using again.
