Excellent - I managed to get far more information from a single blood test here than I have with my GP over the past 5 years. If you follow the clear instructions taking a blood sample is reasonably straightforward. The results have provided me with a clear area to improve my lifestyle in terms of diet.

Whole experience was fantastic. I’m very difficult to get blood out of, and I have an upcoming surgery where they had already 2 failed attempts at getting blood and the op was at risk of being cancelled. I walked into the Liverpool clinic and was seen almost straight away by Debra. She was great, really took her time and assured me she would try her very best to get blood out of me, and she did! She was brilliant and was really reassuring and patient throughout the whole process, not at any point did I feel like a burden or feel like I was being rushed. Really great and I’m very grateful to Debra. I got the results filtering through the next day and I can’t fault anything about the process at all.

I have ordered another home-test, instructions were much better illustrated and broken down, like you better stand, not seat and you need to make sure you break any blood clogs without mixing the blood. Like many more details. I still don't rely on results and wish I went straight to the lab.
