I would email them and takes them almost 4 or 5 days for a reply. They don't help you at all in any questions and their callcentre is full of people that DONT KNOW ANYTHING AND WHEN I ASK TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE THEY SAY I CANT BECAUSE THATS NOT HOW IT WORKS. FINALLY WHEN I HAD ENOUGH I FOUND OUT THE CHARGE DOESNT INCLUDE MY VISA APPLICATION COST AND I SENT A LONG EMAIL ASKING QUESTIONS AND THEY DIDNT EVEN ANSWER THEM. FINNALLY I GOT A REFUND BUT THEY CHARGED ME £450 FOR NOTHING AND THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY EVER. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY AND PEOPLE. THERE ARE NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW BAD THIS COMPANY IS. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE MONEY DO NOT AGREE TO THEIR CONTRACT.

Firstly the person I had come to my house was unfriendly and does not explain the process, which if you ask about the process, it was provided in unfriendly manner. Passport was not handed until days (6 days) after the appointment. When you call and email to find your tracking number, you receive the same answer, dont worry you will receive it! You have better chance to keep trying at the embassy itself.

The entire application was seamless from beginning to end. The gentleman who visited us at our Salon and took biometrics and was polite and professional. I was notified by text when my application was received by BLS, and I was advised when my passport was on its way back to me via courier. The entire process took 9 working days. I highly recommend this service.

United Kingdom | 06 September 2022Horrible customer service. Paid premium 500 GBP for the service. they picked the documents on 8th of the months but somehow submitted them to the embassy on 18th. The embassy had sent the passport yesterday, i was supposed to receive it today but after waiting whole day long, delivery is being rescheduled for no reason. I have my flight tomorrow morning and there is no one picking the calls or replying to the emails. Would not recommend this service to anyone

United Kingdom | 25 August 2022A disappointing experience with Partner and Express. We booked this firm to secure a number of visas for a corporate trip to Spain. A precise window was agreed for them to visit our offices. They called to say they were running a little late, and my colleagues agreed to stay afterwork. They arrived three hours later. No apology was offered and my colleagues ended up sitting in an office until 21:00. They originally claimed there were traffic issues, but when asked where, they changed to transport problems. The delays, inconvenience and poor communications were disappointing, but to start lying is totally unacceptable. I have emailed Partner and Express four time since for a further explanation, however, no one has got back to me. I should have read the reviews here first. I will not use them again.

United Kingdom | 19 August 2022Horrible horrible experience and customer service. If there was a half star rating I would have selected that. They collected the passport on Monday 24th July (the biometric and document check was swift and promising) but they didn't submit it to the embassy till 29th July. (This wasn't shared earlier either) They pretty much read the same status as the website when I called them, 14 days later. They said expect at least 3 weeks. I emailed the embassy directly and by the next day the status was changed to out for courier. Check with them again they say it's with embassy first. When I tell them the status they send me an image saying our team tried to deliver but no one responded. TWO Days(Fri 19th) later still waiting for my passport to be delivered and they are yet share an update on the courier. Finally got the courier details from BLS directly and scheduled a delivery. 1. No clear timelines and communication. 2. Poor response on the phone and horrible customer service.(Told them I need the passport to travel elsewhere. And the question was when is your travel?) Please don't waste your time paying them so much more. The service and call center is highly unreliable.

They were then able to accomodate the same agreed time, which resolved our concerns. However, this was not ideal and created unnecessary stress to our morning, but glad they were able to sort things out. We were quite happy with the service provided at home. The consultant was quite pleasant, knowledgeable and diligent. He reviewed our file and the papers submitted and highlighted that we were missing 1 key document, which he kindly waited for us to print and provide.

United Kingdom | 19 July 2022WORST NIGHTMARE USING THIS SERVICE: Partner and Express are one of the worst service providers and by far the most useless customer service teams I have come across. I have used them for my visa because no other appointments were available - and it took me 15-20 emails and 10 phone calls before I could get an appointment confirmed. All that - because I asked them a question that they don't have as a part of their standard FAQs and as a result they kept saying they will call me back in 10 mins and no one called me. After 10 unsuccessful attempts to get an answer, I booked an appointment anyway as I had no other choice. I had very limited time before my holiday and I was assured that it was enough to get my visa. They submitted my visa application 1 week after collection of the application and biometrics from me. And today I am sitting a day before my trip and still don't have my visa. When I call them to ask what was going on and why my application was submitted a week late, I get the same response for the last 6 days - 'sir, someone will call you back in 10 mins' and no one ever calls back. I will not ever be using this service again - and I would warn anyone planning to use them to think twice.

United Kingdom | 05 July 2022Absolute scum bags, I’ve paid for a service I did not receive as P&E cancelled my application yet I’ve been charged £500 and receive a refund of £108 The fees are Mandatory charges( Mobile Biometrics fee, BLS and Visa Fee - £285 Admin, transportation and Processing charges - £165 None of the above was carried out yet I am out of pocket £400. The customer service is terrible, no one is interested or cares, avoid this company at all costs.
