People are not professionals they promise something in even in the email but won't keep it.

My partner and i applied for our non lucrative visas through this company.. We applied back in April 2021and paid over £7000 Due to covid and Brexit it has taken longer than expected which isn't their fault. Now.... The problems we have had and are still ongoing are.. Lack of communication, wrong information, so bad in one instance that someone from the company drove to where we live, pick us up, take us to the consulate, wait and drive us back all because of mistakes that didnt need to occur. I have my visa, my partner still waiting through this company to receive an email. A lady at the consulate also advised me to report the company saying they had charged us money and done nothing more but check our documents and make the appointment. We even had to pay out of our own pockets for our visa application again, which was eventually refunded but they still have our initial money which we are trying to get back. We are so disappointed with this company and they don't help themselves by not returning emails when they have stated they will do. Its been a learning curve, and i would advise not to use this company for non lucrative visas.

Amazing experience with them, especially Rick and Palak offered the best attention and excellent service. Received the visa in 10 days without any problem. They have always been very responsive and efficient for any question I had. I would definitely recommend them.

Good service for people with busy schedules but quite expensive. it is more than double the figure given on BLS website. Application itself took longer than two weeks rather 4 weeks or more.

Professional, amazing great follow up

The service provided was exemplary, and was exactly as specified. I called, they contacted me, I paid the money and firmed up an appointment. On the stated day and hour, a representative visited me at home, took my fingerprints, and checked my documents. He collected my passport and all the relevant documents, and gave me clear instructions on next steps. He also had me signed a self-addressed waterproof envelope which would be used to courier my passport back to me. He laid out the timeline, and everything worked as stated. I got my visa, duly stamped on the scheduled date. This is a fantastic service for people who cannot visit the embassy to apply for their visas in person, and I strongly recommend its use. All their associates were very courteous and strove to make this a memorable experience.

Mobile Biometrics I recently used the mobile biometrics ' visa at your doorstep' for A Spain Schengen visa. I gotta admit at first I was very skeptical but for busy schedule like mine and almost impossible to find an appointment at BLS I almost had no choice. I am glad to say I was not disappointed. A very professional and nice gentleman showed up at my door on the slot booked and have gone through my paperwork thoroughly, and was very patient t to get my biometrics done even when there was a glitch with the machine. My only comment is that the website may not exactly reflect clearly the seamlessness of the service and would be great if there was a quicker/ clearer tracking way other than emails, which they replied to promptly. I can say even though it was pricey I believe was worth it if you live outside of London and can't book an appointment. Tha passport was delivered to me via the courier in less than 7 working days with the visa approval
