Very good service, a convenient way to get a visa done

My biometrics home visit appointment was scheduled for the 10/6/22 then cancelled due to staff sickness and rescheduled for the 12/06/22. Nobody ever turned up. Nobody has ever contacted me to explain or update. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional from partner and express. Sent several e-mails and made numerous phone calls without any success.

Company should provide better device (eg. Camera and connecting accessories) to staff. And should follow up (eg. checking e-mail when customer send any required documents and forward to BLS).

Amazing team. Perfect communication and great flexibility. Very helpful and were on time.

Nice service

We paid premium service for in door finger print services in early May and after we had been waiting for our passports for the whole family. Until today we only received 3 x passports but not my husband. We had tried to call them on multiple times and they didn't listen, poor customer service as kept said to call back but never did, kept asked us to email which we had but they provided the wrong checking reference etc. My husband needs his passport urgently for his business trip but seems like they didnt understand how importance of this and in fact they didn't care. Staff had very poor of understanding, lack of communication and poor customer services.

I wanted to travel to Spain however only had one month to process a visa. No appointments available for the date that I wanted. Therefore I opted to pay extra and have the mobile biometrics instead. At first it was too good to be true. But is legit. Pros: Very reliable and fast service. If you have an extra money definitely this is the way to go. No need to attend an appointment as they will go to your house to collect all the requirements. All you need to do is that to make sure to comply with all the checklist and you’ll be fine. It’s not cheap but it’s worth every penny as you’re paying for convenience. Cons: one thing to improved on was customer service over the phone. It’s really bad. I think they are based from India and I have spoken to the lady multiple times but she seems to not know what the whole thing is about. Poor communication skills and knowledge of the service. Which made me wary at first because it sounded like a scam. I just closed my eyes and had fate. Come what may. Thankfully it wasn’t a scam. But please please please. The whole mobile biometric is fast and reliable. Work on your customer service as it doesn’t give a good impression to your clients.

Partner and express assisted us with getting our tourist visa to visit Spain as we are South African. Their first quote was not cheap, however we just picked a location close to London and met them there instead of them driving al the way to Bristol. That saved us a huge amount on their fees. Our visa arrived about three weeks after we met with their consultant, so it was a very quick approval.

Friendly, efficient and on time

Great work. The process was very smooth and Partners and Express spared me a lot of mental strain. Very supportive through the whole thing.

The company seems to be a scam or cheating. They asked me to pay £50 for further charge to collect at weekend. Total cost is around £500 but they did not show up to collect biometrics or documents as the agreed time and address. I tried contacting them but there is no reply or further instructions.

Wow the service was extremely superb and very convenient, very fast and the staff were friendly, if you want to avoid the hassle I strongly recommend it .

Excellent service. The person came to my house was very polite and all of the documentation was completed in 30 mins. Calling and mailing service was very fast and I got my visa on time also. Must choose their service

I had to go with the 'apply from home' option which is twice expensive than a normal application. I wouldn't choose this option but they have no available appointments in the visa centre. The application process went smoothly. The officer came to my home at given time and he gave a call before he came. It was all done in 30 min. However, I told him that this is an urgent application and I don't have so much time for my flight. Still, I see that they collected my document and submit it to the embassy a week after! And now, I am still waiting for my passport and probably I will miss my flight and all my trip. Unfortunately, the reason for all these problems is that visa applications are monopolized by a single company.

Not a had a good experience, though they come and collected the biometrics and passports, but the service was very bad, my contact details were not update correctly and had to chase multiple times. Also, they didn't keep their commitments and no response if I wanted to escalate.
