Anyway, I have received my work with many passive voices, used “we” many times, issues with consistent, and had issues with Commas. The proofreader did a great job in the correction of spelling and grammar. Do not trust these words"We guarantee 100% satisfaction" Anyways, that was my experience with them; if you ask if I would refer them to friends or colleagues, I would say not really.
