Our paper was rejected because of language problems, even though it has been proof-read here. The original text of the editor is as follows. Upon initial review, we have found that there were issues with the manuscript that prevent us from sending it out for peer review. For example, these issues typically include spelling and grammar errors, figure resolution, or other formatting issues, etc. We encourage you to address these issues and then resubmit your article in its updated form. I understand that the paper has been proof-read but the manuscript contains a number of phrases taken from other published papers, most notably in the (Introduction Section), Result Section (subsection 3.1) and Discussion Section (2nd & 3rd paragraph). We recommend these are reworked before peer review. If you resubmit these changes must be mentioned in any new cover letter.

The proof reader made a mistake and deleted all the Mendeley format that required me to reinterpret all the citations that took time. It was nice that the company gave me a voucher but the initial response was a bit lethargic and I had to push the issue. I hope the company will learn from this experience. That said I have good experiences in the past and will give the company a chance again.
