The corrections are not better than the software (Grammarly). I guess you could give some comments or advice to improve overall manuscripts. My first experience with this service (2019) was much better, but the last two were not that good.

The last two experiences I've had have not been good. After the English proofreading, I had to correct part of the text myself. Some examples: 1- healthy malignant patients with hematological malignancies (this does not exist!!); 2- Polymorphism analysis in DNMT1, DNMT3A, and DNMT3B genes/ Analysis of the methylation profile in DNMT1, DNMT3A, and DNMT3B genes (subtitles were not standardized); 3- unmethylated/ not methylated (the terms were not standardized) and other errors. The proofreader bothered to give an opinion on matters that do not concern him and forgot to do his job as an English proofreader. I inform you that if the journal to which I submitted the article requires an English review, I will request a free review from your team (which was already better).

Sometimes the editing service is not so accurate. For instance, I noted that is moved forward by Indian editors rather than British or US native speakers. I don't have anything against the Indian people, but they usually speak Bengali or Nepalese to communicate with themselves, so English is not its native or mother tongue.
