Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly with great service. They restored two expensive watches both quickly and at a great price.

I bought 2 nose pins and one of them was faulty. I emailed them but it went unnoticed. When I called them was a complete different story. I spoke to Martyna who upon seeing the pictures in the email agreed to send me a prepaid return label and promised that she will post me a replacement as soon as I posted the faulty one which she did. I received it the next day. I'll be shopping for all my jewellery from Minar moving forward because of Martyna.

Look nice with a lovely finish

I wanted to resize a wedding ring with an engraving on it with a strong sentimental value. After trying several jewellery shops , most of them told me that in the process of enlarging the ring the engraving will go most of the times.Then I went to Minar and after explain what i needed , I felt that I had found the right people. They told they will do their best to try to keep the engraving . I now received my resize wedding ring and to my amazement they managed to keep the engraving on. The service was great and very fast. Professional, efficient, with great customer care Thank you so much Minar to made this possible . Highly recommend and definitely use it again!

I ordered a nose stud and had great difficulty with getting the back onto the nose stud due to the length being a little short, so I messaged on WhatsApp to ask for some advice and my message was opened and ignored. To say I paid £28, I would of expected a little bit of support or at least a reply to my query. Poor customer service , will not be buying from here again.

Minar Jewelry store is good at online sales as well. I bought a non-jewelry god item. After the sale was finalized and paid for it they were prompt at packing and shipping the item on the same day through DHL The package arrived in a day or two in Good condition. The item is exactly the same same as in the image. I highly recommend this store to other shoppers. One advice is before finalizing your purchase let the store employee know how you are going to use the item. If it is not a jewelry so they can guide you if the purchase is going to serve your purpose.
