My package arrived securely, the items were not quite as i viewed them on the site..in reality were just a bit smaller..also being a child's first bracelet I feel they should have been advertised as a pair and not singly..I very nearly only bought one!..and then would have to go through the hassle of reordering and waiting..however the product is very beautiful and well made. However the firm very kindly got back to me to see how they could make future purchases a good experience! They have a good customer care system..I am most likely to use them again.
