Excellent service. The ladies and gentlemen who came to pack our house were very thoughtful and careful how the packed things. The move into our new house was very efficient and the boxes were put where we needed them. Beds were fixed back together and the washing machine plumbed back in. Jon has been back twice now to collect the empty boxes and packing ready to reuse.

What an easy and smooth move. Jon and Art took our "stuff" from a storage unit onto our barge. A fantastic job, nothing was too much trouble and an excellent price. Would definitely recommend A1.

They stuck with us when problems arose regarding exchange of contracts. The men were courteous and obliging despite 'orrible weather. They worked when other companies closed down.

I have just used Jon and his crew for the first time. It was a stressful move for me as the first since my husband died. They were amazing, hugely helpful, friendly, funny and made it all as stress free as possible. After moving day service also great. Jon came back to the new house to move boxes around that were being stored in the outhouse to find the one thing I couldn't find and collect the used the boxes that I had unpacked. Hopefully when the builders move out he or one of his merry men will come again to help me move stuff from the outhouse into the house!

The company was recommended by a colleague. Their response to my email enquiries were prompt but i did not get a clear response in relation to moving furniture that was assembled( It may have been miscommunication on both parties, but would suggest clearer response to such questions in future). I had to make the trip twice to complete my move. And on arrival to my new apartment, one of the movers accidentally dropped my mattress on a radiator, which i had to pay out of pocket to sort out immediately. Not a very good experience for me

I booked A1 Removals last October for a house move. My moving date kept being moved by the solicitors, A1 were fantastic, told me not to worry, whenever the date was they would move me. On the moving day, they arrived promptly, were excellent at their job, were brilliant at the new house, setting up beds etc. I cannot recommend highly enough. I would use them again.
