John and his team worked quickly and efficiently to get myself and my partner moved, especially considering we moved into a first floor flat in an awkward block off the main road. They arrive bang on time and brought energy that I dared not match! Hard working, honest and good banter. Definitely going to use again.

A1 Removals helped my son move from Thetford to Watton at the beginning of April. They did so at very short notice, and were very professional. Apart from a delay at the Watton end, ( which was not the fault of the crew ), the move went well. As I was not present during the move, I can only comment on my son’s experience by his reporting to me that he was generally happy with the way things went, Thank you A1 Removals.

We were more than pleased with the service we received from A1 Removals, they were polite, courteous and more than helpful, they went above and beyond what we paid for, It could of been a very difficult move because of the coronavirus situation, The staff wore gloves masks and carried sanitizer, We were told exactly how they would work in each room and made sure we were safe and distanced at all times. What a brilliant firm 😊 From the 1st phone call, to Jon (owner) nothing was too much trouble, being a couple of 71 + 75, we were very worried about moving at this difficult time.We had a cancelled completion, but Jon kept in touch on a regular basis, making sure all was ok.On removal day, a team of 3 arrived.They were very friendly, and worked to a very high standard, nothing was too much trouble..When they were sure that we were settled in our new home, and everything was ok, they left..Some heavy garden things wouldn't fit on the lorry, Jon personally did 2 extra journeys, at no extra charge...he stated from the very first " we will never leave you stuck" a true professional.We highly recommend this firm...huge thanks to you all, Ben & Sue.

I had not originally planned to use this company, but due to problems with the final removal date was given A1 Removals contact details to check their availability 5 days beforehand. From the start Jon was positive and reassuring that his company could do the job despite not having met me or quoted in person. On the day Jon and team turned up at the time agreed and quickly and efficiently went about their job, at the same time helping us to pack the last minute items. They worked tirelessly despite the challenges presented in getting my furniture out of an old cottage with its many angles and low ceilings. Jon also collected further boxes from storage for me to move on the same day. I was never made to feel rushed but at the same time their positive attitude helped me get the job done. The whole team were friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend A1 removals.

I have just used A1 Removals based in Kings Lynn for my recent move from Lincolnshire to Kings Lynn. From the word go Jon was was really helpful and unfortunately I had to cancel a couple of times as i had not completed but he was totally understanding of this. Nigel and Reece turned up on the day of the move and were brilliant workers and really reassuring. Unfortunately due an error with the solicitors further down the chain I was unable to move into my new home. Nigel went the extra mile and managed to sort out storage for me as well as getting a padlock for me from his own family. They could not do enough for me. Nigel and Reece then emptied the lock up storage and worked like mad to get all my furniture and belongs into my new home. I would definitely recommend A1 removals to anyone.

I hardly ever leave reviews, But I just had too about the A1 removals guys from Kingslynn, as their service was brilliant. They helped me move home yesterday and they did a great job. Right from the start the communication was excellent and speedy, and a fair price was agreed. On the day they turned up on time and moved everything without any issues, carefully looking after all of my things and protecting them in transit by covering them with blankets etc. They were a really lovely bunch of guys and made me feel at ease, and we also had a laugh too! Would really recommend this company to others and would use again.

Not really one for leaving reviews but because of the excellent service I had from Jon and his team, I thought it would be an injustice not to say something. From beginning to end, Jon was professional, kind and courteous. The initial quote was made over the phone and I made an off the cuff remark of having to buy some boxes to pack but Jon quickly offered to bring some over to me and save me the expense. A week before the move, Jon rang to say if we were still on track, on the night before, Jon rang again to confirm the time. Day of the move, Jon and his team turned up and packed the flat up quickly and efficiently (he even waited for me to do a final hoover of the flat so he could take the hoover with him as well, which I found very thoughtful) Everything arrived safely the following morning and Jon and his team unpacked everything, put it into place for me and wherever I wanted. I couldn’t recommend Jon enough for your removal needs.
