Order arrived in good time. No review on actual phone as it's a gift for soneone else but needed to review to do extended warranty.

Easy to deal with, good level of Comms through out the process, and give you more than anywhere else. Even with royal mail strikes affecting everything, the process was reletively quick

Took slightly longer than advised to process device but overall happy with price and then once approved was in bank same day

Quoted (what turned out to be) an unrealistic price for my device. I sent it to Gecko in padding, in original box with the screen protector, phone cover and earphones. It was in mint condition. I rejected the revised offer which was £120 lower than quoted and it came back to me in hardly any protective packing, with slight scratches on the front screen and none of the original packing or accessories i sent to them. This means my device is now less attractive should i wish to trade it on the high street. Very disappointed in their service and handling of my case.

Received item as described. Very very happy with the packaging. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the phone came with a sticker on the back which took me along time to remove completely and not leave any marks. If they can use easy removable stickers or stick it somewhere else I would give 5 stars!
