Process was easy to follow, my only uncertainty was I wasn’t 100% sure I’d entered my bank details correctly and I couldn’t find a way to check. Turns out it was all fine, but 4 out 5 due to the self-induced anxiety!

Used a comparison site to well my phone, Gecko was marginally the best price, they told me they would deliver a pack to use to send the phone, waited two weeks, nothing arrived. Tried to call them, the phone line directs you to send them a message on Facebook (seriously) with no option to speak to anyone. Went on to the link in the email they sent to get my own packing labels, it's just a link to the royal mail site, where you would then have to pay your own postage charge. Closed it down went back on to another site who were offering a grand total of £1 less than gecko for the phone and it was packed and sent away less than half an hour later free of charge. Bit of a joke having a phone line that directs you to a social media page and no option to print a free label to send the phone. Won't use again
