Absolute rip off! I sent a iPhone 8 for selling having been quoted a price of £96. The phone was immaculate and I mean IMMACULATE! They reviewed it and emailed me to say it had too many scratches; when it left me it had absolutely no scratches. They revised their to £45. Joke! I asked for it to be returned.

I sent my iPad in to sell a few months ago, and gecko mobile offered me a competitive price. I wrapped the tablet up in bubble wrap and posted it and then recieved an email saying that my iPad was in poor condition and followed with a picture of a massive dent that was not previously there, and changed the offer to less than half the agreed price. I had kept the ipad in perfect condition prior to this and was extremely upset that the carelessness of this company resulted in it being ruined and its value diminished. I will never use gecko mobile again and would warn anyone else against it. They managed to get away with significantly damaging my property and offering me little money for damage that was in no way my fault. Very upset and disappointed.
