MY first experience with Diamonds USA was awesome! Absolutely the most helpful and Patient people I've worked with that I can recall. They made the entire experience completely stress free and they even sent FedEx to My house to pick up my jewelry. They were never ...pushy never made me feel rushed but, they sent friendly reminders a few times.(Which I obviously needed! Thank you) Only 2 days after handing the prepaid FedEx Express envelope,that they sent me totally free of charge, they had an offer for me. There's only one thing I would have liked but wasn't offered, some sort of description of their evaluation. Overall,. AWESOME! Hope they still have some patience..I've got more to send.

I am very impressed on how well this company handle the entire process. They were very quick in sending the package for me to send my goods. The instructions were very short and simple. They were fast in reviewing my goods and very generous in their offer. They wasted no time to send payment and the things that they would not take back to me. They send tracking number so I would know at all times where my package is. Also, they would send me text messages letting me know at what part of their process they were working on. I didn't have to worry at any time about my goods. I strongly recommend this company, They take their service very seriously. Keep up the good work!!!

I got a low estimate and when I told them no then they gave me a new estimate but I feel it could have been better. Unfortunately I had to take the second estimate because I had to have the money.

I was very annoyed that my offer from you for 3- 14 k rings was about 36% of the melt value. I called the next day and luckily got to speak to John. He calmed me down and reviewed the appraisal and found some errors. He made another appraisal and offer and we agreed on it. John was very polite and sympathetic to my concerns. My experience was very upfront. The company sent back a few pieces that I thought were gold but weren't, gave me a quote, I accepted and received a fair price for the rest.

Horrible business and no communication. I mailed in my three rings, I received emails saying they received my jewelry, then emails saying I will receive an offer by end of day, then emails saying they didn't receive it, then emails saying i will receive an offer by end of the next day. Just back and forth with confusion emails with no offer. I rejected the "not sent offer " and got my rings back. Do not mail anything to Diamonds USA. This is real and not a fake review, I got the emails to prove it from cash for diamonds usa.
