On the website, I was told that my product would be delivered to Germany within 24h. However, my product was still not shipped even after 72h. I contacted the salesperson who gave me a very vague answer. I am glad with the products, but the customer service for online shopping must definitely be improved.

I ordered a quarter zip and instead got something else entirely. Also, I don't know if the fitting is supposed to be like this but you can't raise or move your arms very much. Would not buy again. The only saving grace you could say is the quality of the fabric.
