Product is on point and arrived the next day to my surprise. All round quality service!

The quality of the Sherpa set is absolutely atrocious. Having bought clothes previously and being a brand my husband loves I was so surprised at the poor quality-felt really cheap, the actual sizing all wrong and we’re left wondering whether to ever buy again

Experience with MKI was fine. Experience with their courier - DPD - was awful, as usual, DPD = useless

Absolutely horrendous delievery fees payed a total of 250Dirhams (£50) originally payed £20 online then £30 on arrival . Absolutely not worth purchasing online compared to other stores of which I order from the UK which have never exceed 15£

Absolutely poor. Sent an empty parcel was not willing to give my money back till an investigation was done Evan thought I sent all pictures of how I received parcel. And could clearly see was empty

Excellent service ….. ordered Tuesday ….. due to be delivered Wednesday! Problems with the delivery (wrong postcode) but customer services sorted it out within 30 minutes.

Really good customer service. Placed an order and with all the disruption around mail strikes/ deliveries it was due to be delayed. I was contacted by phone to offer me a refund had I not been prepared to wait, and the parcel arrived a few days later. Really appreciate that they have a contactable team who you can speak to on the phone and quickly resolve issues. The lady who I spoke to was very knowledgeable about the products, gave me guidance about the fit and stock levels in store. Brilliant service, and good quality items.

I’ve never bought directly before, only ever through a retailer. I thought the checkout was a bit of a pain to use. It kept telling me I had an account which I didn’t and when I tried to pay, it would reset. I had to do it three times in the end. I’ve not yet had a dispatch notice either so can’t comment on the products as they’ve not arrived. As someone who works in Ecomm, I’d recommend changing the review email to 10 days instead so the customer is more likely going to have received their order

My order came really quickly and was kept informed about delivery. Unfortunately one item wasn’t correct but was returned and the replacement came double quick time.

The jacket I brought is amazing, I made the right choice buying it. The construction of the bomber the fit the materials the way the jackets drops, exactly how I hoped it would be. Delivery was the next day and came fast and quick using top dog DPD!
