Bit crap that you have to pay returns

Stated that to take usual size yet the small t shirt I bought was one of the baggiest I’ve ever tried, no size smaller to buy unfortunately. Now having to pay for postage and to return. Just under £10 to try a t shirt on!

Absolutely fantastic customer service, I queried when one of the t shirts would be back in stock, emailed back promptly with information and asked whether I'd like to be kept up to date via email. Emailed directly on the day they were back in stock and placed order. Excellent service

I recently bought some t-shirts and a jacket. The jacket I received looks very used and one of the t-shirts had a hole in it. I contacted them several times saying that I received defect products and that I would like a refund. Then they kept saying I've to pay for return shipment even though it's their fault (shipment to England costs above 40 euros for me). They kept saying on Email that nothing is wrong with the products, even though I sent a video and a bunch of pictures as proof... After that they said that they are willing to pay for the return shipment, but FIRST after they've inspected them a their warehouse and confirmed them defect. But they just told me on email that nothing is wrong with the products??? Customer service is a joke and was not willing to help me out at all, even though I sent a video and a bunch of pictures to proof my case... DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Had a great experience with MKI's customer service via Instagram. There was a misunderstanding regarding returns but they were extremely helpful and accommodating, for which I am very grateful! Will be sure to order again. Thanks.

Good quality products, fast delivery etc. Make sure you like it though or you will spend too much sending it back. I ordered a coat and paid 4.95 for delivery and then 8.95 to send back as it was a larger parcel. I’ve technically just paid £14 to try on a coat…

Never a huge fan of companies that charge a lot for their product but don’t offer free return when there is no option to try on in store. No info online, just a piece of paper. Disappointing when delivery isn’t free in the first place.

WHERE THE H IS MY ORDER?! I’m furious. I ordered a item 3 weeks ago and have heard NOTHING. They already took my money, send me no tracking number and are not answering anywhere. I would like either my order or my money back immediatly.

Bonjour, je connais cette marque (de nom) depuis plus d’un an, mais pour une fois, j’ai passé le cape de commander certains de leur produit (un hoodie « made in usa » de couleur jaune, et une paire de chaussettes blanche avec des écritures japonaises). En tout j’en ai eu pour 124€ (dont £10 de frais de livraison) ! Je m’attendais donc à des produits assez haut de gamme, bien fini ! C’est donc 3 jours plus tard que ma commande fut arrivé, et se que je peux dire c’est que tout d’abord, les matériaux sont de bonne qualité, on sent que ça va rester sur la durée, commençons par les chaussettes, elles sont magnifiques ! Je les adore, bien porté elles vont faire chavirer des cœurs croyez-moi 😂 ensuite, le hoodie, qui est oversized, est très jolie, l’intérieur est doux (ou polaire comme il est dit sur leur site)… mais j’ai relevé quelques défauts de fabrication/couture, se qui, pour un sweat a 100€ fait mal au c**, je suis pas là pour rabaisser ma marque, mais le rapport qualité/prix de certaines de vos produits sont abusés ! Après ça reste un très beau hoodie, dommage qu’il ait des défauts de coutures ! Ps: leurs services après vente sont GÉNIAUX !!
