I have ordered the white Herringbone white wood effect tiles on a few occasions. They look amazing when they are laid down. Porcelain Superstore also has great customer service. Lesley was very helpful in sorting out an error I had made on my order. I would recommend them.

The tiles were packaged very well onto pallets to avoid breakages. I must have ordered around 300 tiles all together and only 3 were damaged in transit. I contacted customer services to let them know and Emily very quickly arranged for replacements to be sent out. Great service and lovely tiles.

I have spoken with two customers service agents to help me with my ordering of tiles and grout for a refit of my bathroom. For them it’s a small fry order, to me it’s huge and almost overwhelming what I am trying to figure out, due to chronic health issues, for which PS customer service peeps are totally unaware. This didn’t stop their customer service team being kind, patient and going above and beyond the level of service I have experienced for a very long time. Sadly, more and more with customer service, I have to divulge my entire medical history to explain why I can’t do the very simple things online that the nonchalant customer service staff usually offer as advice and can go bo further off the script. BUT, this is clearly where PS’s team are so different. There customer service team are humans, with hearts and you don’t know how much that means to someone who can’t access much of the world these days and the kindness and generosity shown in helping understand products better and make informed choices, independently. Until your world becomes so small, you can never understand how much these small things mean. So thanks for the reassurance and the empowerment PS customer service team has given me I’m feeling sure enough to place my order today, without fear, or fear of wasting funds, for which I can not afford. This service model needs rolling out throughout all the U.K. as what good customer service looks like

I ordered a pallet load of floor tiles but when they were delivered one box full had broken. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I phoned and arranged to have a replacement box delivered on a day that was convenient for us because of family commitments. I can't praise their customer service highly enough.

Ordered some beautiful tiles to go on steps outside. Certainly lived up to my expectations. Unfortunately 3 of the tiles were broken in transit so got in touch with the company and it was sorted straight away. Excellent service!!!!!

Tiles are beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Delivery smooth and arrived quickly / as expected, with driver calling beforehand to give warning and happy to wait whilst we checked them over. We would 100% recommend.

Would absolutely recommend. They couldn’t have been more helpful and the tiles arrived in perfect condition. We asked if our delivery could be brought forward and they were more than happy to accommodate this and the tiles arrived on time and on the specific day.

Great tiles, came on time and look fantastic on our kitchen back splash and kitchen floor. We had a few tiles broken but they sent out new tiles + extra to make up for the issue. Emily from customer service has been great in helping and very prompt on replies, will defo be using them again.

The tiles we chose are STUNNING. We needed to tile two bathrooms, and the tiles we chose for the ‘adult’ bathroom have turned our modest en-suite into a luxurious child-free haven! Not only are the tiles great looking and excellent quality at a reasonable price, but delivery is fast and the customer service is second to none. We had a slight issue with the wrong tiles being picked at the warehouse, and Liz in the customer services team had the incorrect tiles collected and the new tiles delivered in less than 24 hours. The email responses were instant and I can’t rate the customer service received high enough.

Outstanding customer service. I had done problems with the courier however Lesley and Emily couldn’t have been more helpful and ensured I did not lose out financially. So happy with the product and even happier with their customer service team.

Very well deserved 5 stars here - When my tiler made a mistake and I needed 1no. 1200x600 tile, this couldn't be sent by parcel carrier (as 1 pack of 2 weighs 30kg!) so they waived the pallet carriage charge as a goodwill gesture. How decent is that! Helpful & friendly customer service answered phone quickly and dealt with query fast. PLUS++ Great range, excellent prices and easy to use website.
