Ordering was simple both online and over the phone. Delivery was fast and when advised. Unfortunately a couple of tiles had been damaged but on advising Porcelain Superstore they issued a refund the same day. Excellent attitude and service, will definitely use again.

I had a great experience - from initial sample to order. Great service with 4 x free samples sent out to you in a few days. Easy to make a decision. Found the particular tiles I was after cheaper elsewhere and after speaking to Emily on phone, sent my email in to price match and they did so in quick time. Liz was very kind enough to provide the quote. I had a slight change of plan and asked for advice when I phoned up - again got Emily who was hugely knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. She placed the order over the phone with me and arranged delivery with me in no time at all. Tiles arrived (arrows left and right) and although they came in slightly diff boxes for left and for right, I contacted Emily who did her due diligence and checked this was as it should be and let me know it was. All great so far, and Emily has been first class. Tiles being installed soon! Would definitely recommend.

The tiles are fantastic quality. Three tiles had broken in transit. I emailed customer help and within a few minutes, they had confirmed replacement tiles would be sent out immediately. A great product and amazing customer service.

I bought 50m2 of porcelain tiles for a kitchen project, great price and quality. Delivered within a week from order on a date to my convenience (i could have had them delivered sooner if I’d been available). I messaged on the day to check if delivery on track, Emily from customer services was straight back responding and confirming. Order arrived minutes later. Well happy.

Was very happy with price and speed of delivery. When they were delivered two of the tiles were smashed, reported to Porcelain, Emily replied quickly and confirmed they could replace the two tiles. Leslie, who answered the telephone, was very helpful in organising samples & ordering. When I went to collect my tiles Paul was welcoming and immediately went to my well packaged tiles, carrying them to my car for me. The only reason that I can’t give 5* is because having phoned to order & pay for the tiles I was contacted later that day to tell me the main tiles we’d paid for were no longer available and they wouldn’t be getting any more in. We got our feature tiles from here but rather quickly had to find our main tiles elsewhere. The company did refund our money very quickly.

I have ordered several free samples of tiles and received them within a few days. I have contacted CS on a couple of occasions, firstly Liz then Emily. Both ladies dealt with my query very politely and efficiently. So far I haven't purchased any tiles but as a family business I can see that they are very focused on their customers. I would not have any concerns buying from this company.

Love the Microhex White Mosaics that make-up our new kitchen's splashback. When getting the splashback installed however, we realised I didn't order enough tiles. Went to order more, but yikes, found they were out of stock. I phoned customer service desperately hoping that what I needed to finish the project could be magic'd up. A lovely woman named Leslie let me down gently - I'd have to wait till the back-in-stock date. But, like the magic I was hoping for, she phoned back a couple hours later to excitedly say they had just received what we needed in a returned order! She got them sent right out to us and two days later, my splashback and new kitchen were complete. Fabulous!

The tiles they sell are printed only on top. However despite the above my tiler found the tiles very good quality and probably durable. So I have changed my review from one star, as I was upset in receiving something different from what I thought I was ordering. Lost 1 star because their website should underline the top is a print only.
