My experience with Porcelain Superstore has been excellent. Both the customer service and the quality of the tiles. I spent a long time comparing tiles and ordering samples from different shops before ordering. I am so pleased with the choice I made both for the floor and wall tiles, that I am about to order the exact same ones for the second bathroom.

I was having issues placing my order online due to my delivery address. I emailed the customer service team and Liz responded the same day, asked me my address and rectified it the same day. No back and forth and just amazing customer service!

Customer service excellent- 1 box of tiles arrived damaged and was replaced immediately without question and express delivery at no charge

Emily was very helpful in our search for the perfect metro tile for our new wet-room and free samples were sent out quickly.

After receiving a couple of boxes of expensive tiles we were disappointed to find two broken ones inside the box...after photographing these and contacting the store Emily quickly responded and said a replacement full box would be with us in 2 days time. You usually have to squabble and argue to get replacements but Porcelain Superstore have come good! 5* Emily!

Excellent service! Samples sent free of charge. I ordered Melrose Pearl tiles. When I reported some damaged tiles towards the end of the job, Lesley very promptly arranged a replacement. The patio looks brilliant. Will order again from them.

I have always had a great experience with porcelain superstore. I got my kitchen tiles through them and the staff on the phone are always knowledgable and ready to give advice. Neil and Dave from the warehouse were really helpful today and grabbed me plenty of samples for the outdoor tiles I was considering without having to wait for a sample in the post. Now I know exactly which tiles I'm going to pick. Thanks guys!

I rang to order and the staff were so helpful. The order arrived within a couple of days and we collected from very accommodating warehouse staff. The tiles look amazing, we are very happy!

We had excellent service from Paul and Liz. We were only visiting relatives in the area and looked online for tiles there being more choice than locally to ourselves. We failed to realise this was an online business only, Paul very kindly served us, what a star! If only this kind of service existed everywhere. We found the perfect tile of excellent quality. Ordered 12 boxes of Brooklyn tiles 30 x 7.5 not a big tile at all. Phoned customer services for help with delivery as I live in a flat. Asked if delivery person could leave me take tiles off pallet and put in foyer of flat and take pallet away for me as I don’t have anywhere to store it. Lady on the phone said we don’t have insurance for that. I explained that I could not leave pallet at kerbside as it’s a very busy pedestrian walkway. I don’t have insurance if someone was to fall over the pallet. Her answer to me was people will walk around pallet. Could not believe how unhelpful this lady was being. So I cancelled my order then was informed that porcelain superstore was taking £36 delivery charge off my refund even though they haven’t even been shipped. Do not bother with this company if you value good customer service.

Ordered some beautiful wall tiles and outdoor tiles which arrived on time. Unfortunately one of the outdoor tiles was broken on delivery. I emailed and got a very quick response from Emily who sorted the problem and gave me a refund for that tile. Very prompt response and I'm very happy with the customer service I received.

We received our tile order (beautiful tiles!) but unfortunately one was broken, which I reported right after delivery. Within an hour LIZ from Customer Service emailed me back and she had already arranged a new tile to be delivered to us. Wonderful efficient friendly service. I had ordered other tiles from them before too and can definitely recommend this company.
