Unfortunately I liked one of the samples, but will not be paying another 30 pounds again for a full size sample. Accordning to them they can not send it any other way. I wonder what delivery they use to say that there is no cheaper option to send one tile worth 7 pounds...

There were two boxes that were smashed but there was no issue at all with these being replaced. Friendly and efficient over the phone and website clear on their delivery policy. Delighted with the Amsterdam almond tile we purchased. It was reasonably priced against the others we looked at and looks great.

United Kingdom | 15 January 2020We had a bad experience with Porcelain Superstore – quality, delivery and return policy – Beware! Ordered some tiles online; placed the order on a Thursday before 11 am so that we could get next day delivery, but tiles never arrived. Wasted money on a tiler for that day. These were delivered on the Saturday instead and I noticed they’d charged me extra for delivery on the weekend as well (even though I didn’t need it and had never asked for it). On inspecting the tiles, we realised these weren’t good quality nor were they as pictured on the website – had a ‘dirty’ look about (not vintage) them and looked like very poorly factory made tiles. Arranged to get these returned (you need to pay a lot to get a pallet company top come pick up) and upon receiving the refund, we realised that none of the delivery costs had been refunded. So effectively, we paid for delivery twice (over £150) and just wasted time and money. I called them and they only said ‘this was their policy’ – very poor customer service; no sympathy, no offer to make this right. We have ordered tiles online before and have always been able to easily exchange or return unused tiles easily getting a full refund. As a ‘online’ supplier, they should be more flexible with returns/refunds so that people have to confidence to buy from them even though you can’t see the product. Will not use again, opting instead for someone who gives us the flexibility to return items if not suitable. Beware!

United Kingdom | 14 October 2019Picking the tiles from here caused a huge delay for our renovation project. 8 weeks delivery for one order and 6 weeks for another, not the place to go if you need flexibility and agility. To top it off, discovered completely shattered tiles at the last layer of the pallet in a large order but then it's too late to be accepted for return! The whole "quibble free returns" is a complete sham, full of fine print. Really not worth all the hassle and really regretted picking the tiles for nearly 70 square metres from this place. Unfortunately got committed past a point of no return and got stuck with them. Wouldn't want to wish it on anyone else.

Ordered the tiles at a great price and they were delivered earlier than expected.. The tiles are really lovely and great quality.. Would definitely buy from you again.. Thank you!!

United Kingdom | 19 August 2019Unfortunately, I have to echo what many other reviewers have said about the delivery service. I paid £30 for their named day delivery (cheapest option available!) and the delivery was missed and Porcelain Superstore has refused to refund me. The courier delivered the tiles on the named day to my neighbour. They didn’t attempt to deliver to my house – just handed it to the neighbour’s builder. They didn’t leave a slip to say where it was. Spent hours trying to locate the package given Porcelain Superstore said it had been delivered. It seems the courier didn’t bother to read door numbers. Asked for a refund on delivery costs since my contract is with Porcelain Superstore (not the courier) and was only offered 50%. Pointed out that legally they should refund me the whole amount since the contract was breached and their customer service manager sent me several emails refusing to do so and not actually acknowledging the real problem, just stating it wasn’t their fault. Well, it certainly isn’t my fault either… Buy with great caution from this company. They do not respect the law and they do not place any emphasis on customer service. Would recommend other online companies such as walls and floors who are eager to help and deliver when they say they will.

United Kingdom | 22 July 2019I've had mixed experiences with Porcelain Superstore. My first purchase went smoothly. I found a unique patterned floor tile, ordered a sample, received it promptly, and placed an order. The tiles look great, and they were competitively priced. Very happy. A few weeks later, based on this experience I went to make a much larger purchase of outdoor paving slabs, and ordered some samples. I was asked some follow-up questions via email, and waited for the samples which I was assured were being sent. One week later, no samples. A call to the customer help line was unfruitful as they blamed the courier company DPD, and refused to put a trace on the delivery. For large purchases such as these, you need to see the product, and on this, Porcelain Superstore failed. As a result, I went to a different retailer as I was running out of time. This is a shame, as my first experience was excellent. The second, not so much.

United Kingdom | 25 March 2019Fifteen tiles delivered on a big pallet. Instead of taking the tiles off the pallet and taking the pallet away with them, they just left it. Now I have no way of disposing of the pallet and Porcelain Superstore or the delivery won't help and don't seem to care. I could do without the grief.

United Kingdom | 10 February 2019Poor quality product. The crackle galze bottle green tile is such a beautiful colour. However beware they are the most awful tile to cut! The tile itself will cut into a straight line however the crackle glaze will chip and crack leaving a terrible edge on the tile. Unfortunately when this was communicated to porcelain superstore they took no responsibility of the quality which is very disappointing. Especially when their leaflet states' good old fashioned service' So unless you have got no cutting or the cut edges are hidden beware. Also beware of the ridiculous delivery charges of £30!! When you have had to use so many extra tiles because of the poor quality of the glaze you could end up having to order extra resulting in anther £30 delivery charge!!!

We ordered online - an extremely easy process and after choosing the delivery date awaited the tiles to arrive. They arrived as planned and look amazing insitu. United Kingdom | 30 August 2018I ordered Casablanca tiles with lots of vibrant colours and more expensive, but was sent Taco which are more earthy colours and cheap. I contacted the seller , but A said although my order clearly says Casablanca tiles and the boxes arrived in Taco tiles boxes and completely different colours, I would bare the cost of return. I also explained that my builder has to use them immediately hence how inconvenience is the whole situation, he would not return them nor part refund although it is the wrong product. I had to use some of the more colourful ones, which were few, and bought some more from someone else... Awful service.

United Kingdom | 15 August 2018This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever had, once they have your money they don’t care in the slightest. They overcharge on their delivery to make up for the fact that they sell their tiles too cheap. They aren’t knowlegable about the business and don’t actually have any idea what the cost is, so will give you a number of reasons as to why they charge what they do, from the type of courier, to parcel insurance, to subsidising the staffing costs for the packaging of the tiles. No empathy for their customers, suggesting that I could drive to their showroom to collect one box of tiles (over an hour each way) hardly cost effective and very difficult for anyone who works and has a family. Told me they don’t know what my problem is as I have my tiles. Say they are committed to great customer service but won’t do anything to rectify a bad situation and an unhappy customer. Money grabbers! Avoid!

I called Sam at customer service who sorted out replacements and I had them delivered next day. So i can highly recommend this company. The service I received was excellent.

I queried this as in the terms and conditions it states that full refunds including delivery are given. As i had not received any shipping confirmation or tracking code i asked them to send proof that the items had been shipped - at which point there customer services team stopped replying to emails.

When my tiler opened the last 3 boxes some 5 days after delivery ( Wednesday having been delivered the Friday before) every tile had a broken corner. E-mailed PSS and explained and sent photos only to be told that I should have contacted them within 48 hours and that as an exception in this case if I re-ordered extra they would allow me 15% off the extra ones! It’s a pity as the Oder arrived on time and the tiles are lovely. because
