India | 11 March 2024Very bad experience as I requested for bucket seat for baby, Noel(operator) informed that I have to book flexible tickets then only they will request for bucket seat to airline, but he didn't confirmed that it might be booked as per seat availablity. Next day I got message that request has been declined. I had to pay 200£ extra for flexible tickets and I couldn't got bucket seat. Lake of clarity at the time of booking

United Kingdom | 05 March 2024Wouldn’t event give it 1 star. I booked flights at 7pm one evening, then by 11am the next morning realised I needed to change to align with my partners plan. I called customer service, after connecting to advisor and explaining the situation I was then asked to hold, after 19 minutes on hold the advisor returned only to tell me I would lose the full cost of the flight if I changed it. Absolutely terrible policy, and I will never make the mistake of booking with them again.

United Kingdom | 27 February 2024We booked our long haul flights with FlySharp and the whole experience has been stress free! Not only they have deal to secure each of us 40kg per person for baggage, they also managed to able to find ticket which let us choose the seats in advance for free! My parents went with a bog standard travel agent on high street and they only got 20kg per person and had to pay to choose their seat. So overall I would recommend Fly Sharp to those who just want a straightforward plane ticket.

United Kingdom | 14 February 2024AVOID THIS TRAVEL AGENT!! I recently used this travel agency to fly to Pakistan. 2 days before my return flight, my mother and I got bad food poisoning. I called the travel agent, to extend my return flight back, and mentioning it was due to poor health. I was charged full price for the new tickets-£530! I have lodged a complaint with qatar Airways too. This prestigious airline should not be with these money hungry travel agents, who want to make money off people's misfortunes. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Edit: the customer service advisor didn't advise me that I should provide medical documentation to waive any fees. All the customer service was concerned with was to get my account details so I could be ripped off. Avoid this company at all cost! Booking reference: 5WPQD7

He made me feel at ease and sorted it all out very efficently. Massive thanks to Danny. This is why i always book with Flysharp, and if ever there was to be problem i trust they will sort it. So thank you once again Danny, as this trip is very important to me and my family.

Australia | 29 January 2024Itinerary reference numbers provided by Fly Sharp for my bookings were DEAACR and AFZKHB. I bought air ticket online from Fly Sharp in December 2023 to return back to Australia. They took the money from my Australian credit card but did not provide a ticket. Additionally, these agents wanted me to transfer money in cash to agent’s bank account as I was using a foreign credit card. This was unacceptable behavior as they had already taken money from my credit card. Their excuses were regarding a foreign credit card being used in UK. I know credit card is in my name, it is accepted internationally and they have already taken the money. I went online and bought another ticket with my relative's UK credit card from Fly Sharp. They took the money for this ticket but no ticket. Excuse was that tickets at that price are not available. So why did you take the money and why are you still advertising at that price? Two of us complained to our credit card companies about these doggy transactions and got our money back. I bought another ticket from a different online agent and came back to Australia. So, be careful with doggy online air ticket agencies like Fly Sharp.

Pakistan | 08 December 2023I called numerous times to change my flightas my son was ill in stress, put on long holds, while their team try to calculate tax and penalties, they couldnt email me my options like they were scared that this will be shared on social media or something, asking me to go through Heathrow while my flight was to Manchester, telling me flights are going like its share in stock market so I need to hurry without even giving me any options, long long holds to calculate money like they are solving a hardest financial problem of the year, kept asking me to call back, when I call back, again to put me on hold. My sister who delayed her flight from mytrip.com They literally dealed with it in 10 minutes on live chat not even a call, giving her a flight that was suited for her needs as my son was ill, she really wanted to be there. Same as my situation, i was in absolute shell shock that their are other agencies who can help that quick, couldn't believe it how they valued her as a customer compared to you guys, I bought another return flight, which was much easier then having to deal with them, wasting my time. I will never be using this company to book a ticket. Thank you for the long holds and numerous calls without a solution.

I had a complex multiple flights booking and he was able to give me several options with very competitive prices.
