What fantastic service from buying a new caravan and trading in our old caravan. Super friendly and helpful. Hand over with Debbie and Sarah was great. Nothing was too much trouble and no question too stupid!! Highly recommend this place, they have everything you could want (including lemon drizzle cake in the cafe).

We had a very pleasant transaction when purchasing our caravan and trading in a motorhome. The salesman was Mick Broadhead who showed us around the caravan and arranged our handover date. The handover was with Vicki. Brilliant knowledge and she answered all our questions and gave a few useful tips to make the ownership experience simple.

Love visiting this amazing caravan and motorhome show-ground. All caravans are beautifully presented even the used stock is like an amazing sweet shop no wonder they sell fast making so many dreams come true. The accessory and awning shop are second to none and Classic Cafe deserves a great big tick on customer service excellent cafe.

We have traded in our motorhome for a caravan. The service we have received so far has been 2nd to none. Obviously we had a few small issues with our van and Claire from aftercare was great. Got the parts quickly without any hassle. Paul made the sale which was good not pushy.And the two ladies that showed us around the van were lovely. The best customer service we’ve ever had at any dealership that we’ve dealt with. We didn’t buy our motorhome from them but they went the extra mile to diagnose a pump fault even tried to fix it but due to warranty issues it was best not to go further than they did. Needed a replacement motor for my Powrtouch Freedom motor mover and was fortunate to find one listed by Yorkshire Caravans on eBay. I needed to check the one listed would be interchangeable with the broken item, as the engagement rods were different, and Stu was very prompt and helpful in providing confirmation it would be. Purchase made and the item was delivered promptly and well packaged. Very minor cosmetic differences (not noticeable once fitted) but all vital statistics were identical for the win. One very relieved and lucky customer ! Thanks for the great service.

After a very disappointing start, with one problem after another on our brand new Swift caravan - a broken gas strut, broken table fittings in wardrobe, oven door falling off in transit, replacement oven not being fitted correctly and coming out of its housing in transit, glue gun glue damage to headboard whilst repairing other faults, toilet flush pump breaking down, faulty front window blind, overhead locker catch broken etc etc. I hope we can finally say things are operating as they should! Emma needs a very big thank you for organising numerous repairs and overseeing the workmanship this time. You are an asset to the Company Emma. It has been very frustrating but hopefully things are good.

We recently purchased a second hand caravan from Yorkshire Caravans. Debbie Colbeck assisted us with the purchase she was very helpful and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with our purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Yorkshire Caravans.

We would like to say a big thank you to Claire and Andy in aftercare. We picked our van up today and encountered a problem with the electrics. Nothing to do with Yorkshire Caravans. It was a nasty customer who was rushing us when we were coupling up. Andy & Claire came out to help us and fixed the problem. We are so thankful to them both. I can’t believe how impatient some people are.
