United Kingdom | 20 December 2024Am absolutely disgusted angry, I have been with Toyota insurance for 5 years I paid through premium credit to them, had a misfortune of losing my mother last year, I struggled with the payments due to sorting out my mums house and paying for work to be done, I explained this to Toyota who had no sympathy in charging me £25 a time for missed payments, the only people who was sympathetic was premium credit by not charging me on my payments, anyway today I phoned them to tell Toyota insurance that I have lost my bank card and unable to pay them in full until the 23rd of December as my bank card will arrive on that day and ony have £80 in my account, I was left on hold for 30 mins to be told there’s nothing they can do on giving me an extension by 3 days and they are going to cancel me tonight midnight,? If payment is not made Thank you very much, you can all get stuffed and I will be insuring my vehicle elsewhere as I will not be short of cash in the new year, they are heartless greedy corporates who only concerns them self with money, bunch of sharks the whole lot of them and it’s a blessing in disguise to go else where, avoid them at all costs, totally unsympathetic with all there customers good luck to anyone who misses a payment they won’t help you,.
