I love what Pirate.com has established, the studios are clean and well-equipped, and the entire booking process is very clear and easy. Recently, I had to cancel a studio session and they were very quick and accommodating. Will be recommending to friends!

Great rooms. Superb customer service. Love this company! I have had to contact support twice in the last month. Once was my fault (left some stuff in the studios) and once was some feedback on the state the previous customer had left the studio. In both cases the support form the off-site team was rapid, professional, and my concerns were addressed. Top show!

Perfect solution for everyone, who needs quick and convenient access to the studio stuff - in my case it was an roster-type DJ kit. You don’t need to talk to anyone, just walk in, turn the volume to maximum and pump out your beats!

When Pirate first started, the concept was excellent & the equipment was new. Well that was a few years back & now, the equipment is old, tarnished & unreliable, the cost has risen astronomically (a small room for a 4 piece band now costs £39.50 for 3 hours). The worst part is, groups of antisocial young people congregate immediately outside the entrance & smoke enormous amounts of weed. We’ll be moving elsewhere in 2022!! EDIT: As requested by Pirate, I emailed their customer service rep over 7 days ago. No reply!!!

I’ve been using Pirate regularly for about a year. Always been happy. Yesterday we had an issue - they sorted it quickly & gave us 50% refund. Amazing service - I recommend to everyone I know in the business. 🤩

I was helped by Laurence with a booking issue where I got the date wrong and the booking had already started. They helped me by cancelling the booking and providing me with a credit to rebook the studio. Wasn't expecting this as it was fully my fault! Thanks so much Laurence :)

Totally in Love with Pirate Studios and their Rooms! Fast and easy booking and in my opinion absolute best prices. In our last Sessions we rent DJ and Studio Rooms for fun and work sessions. The Equipment is always like in the descriptions and we never had big problems in functionality in use. If there was a defect or missing cable or something like that the Support on Phone always gave quick solutions for a Problem und guides you til a problem is solved. The Support Agents whether on Phone or Chat everytime we need them are very friendly, competently and most time without much waiting time to reach them. If you have a problem or some questions you will always get fast help by the Support. In the past 2 Years everytime we had a Session in a Studio it was a fantastic experience there. We love the easy and uncomplicated way to have work or fun sessions. Next Sessions will be coming!
