Paule-Carine was incredibly helpful, they enabled me to rearrange my booking despite it being later than expected. PIRATE have really given a level of flexibility during covid, kudos.

Don and Jack were great in helping me to fix a broken discount code. It was evening as well and I wasnt expecting a response but they tried their best and even after a few failed attempts persisted. Thanks lads

Easy and quick service. Great online platform.

Made a booking yesterday but had to cancel it today. Got a full refund which is great because the booking is for tomorrow (although it’s still more than 24hrs). Refunds are processed via your account page, it’s automatically set as credit but you can use their support email to provide a card refund. Which takes 5-10 days. The email responses were really quick and pleasant. Will be sure to come back (and hopefully get to use the studio next time)!

I was sceptical about the fact there was no customer line to call. The online chat service was extremely efficient and probably quicker anyway than dealing with it over a call with hold times etc. Shout out to Winta and Carlray for there extreme efficiency and customer service. Looking forward to continuing using Pirate Studios. Thanks guys
