Left a pair of £300 wireless headphones in room 7 at ancoats and Pete swiftly helped us get them back with the help of the two boys who where booked in there from 8 till 9 who kept them for us till we got there

Been using the studios for a while, but had to cancel today due to illness and had my email responded to and credits returned within an hour. Fantastic customer service and great value.

Needed to cancel a session due to people attending having been in contact with someone with a positive covid test, Nico was very helpful and helped us credit our session.

Great experience, very fast and helpful assistance with storage rooms. Good kit although amp in room was not great, but there was a good replacement in storage room. Lighting is atmospheric but more straightforward/brighter lights would be v helpful.

Fantastic customer service. Had to cancel last minute and they immediately gave us credit to use another day.

Wow where has this company been all my life. After our monthly rental rehearsal studio in Dublin closed down, leaving us and a lot of bands without places to rehearse, we were absolutely saved by Pirate. We had avoided per-hour rental studios because none have the professionalism, high-quality gear and zero-hassle approach as Pirate on Moyle Road. The studios are immaculate. Toilets well kept. Decent kitchen area with vending machine. Free earplugs!! Online booking portal (don't have to make an awkward phone call each time). And fully automated room code system. Oh and of course, TOP NOTCH customer service. Really great spot.

Total rip off! i went with 5 friends and they said i had a party and charged me a 70 pounds fine!!!! insane, the amount of other people i have seen with groups in the studio and it was perfectly ok!!! this is discrimination! PLUS they cancelled the room so we only there for 45 minutes!!!!! So in total they took a total of £115. will be going to trading standards with this in the morning!

Needed to cancel my session and Nic from the London office got back to me in literally 4 minutes! Really appreciated the promptness and it made me feel like Pirate is definitely reliable.

Love the guys at Pirate!! Studios always clean and ready to go. Great equipment and very responsive on their WhatsApp.. we had a technical issue with one of the CD Decks and they were very quick to walk us through how to resolve it. Also very fair when I had to cancel a booking as one of our party wasn't able to make it.. was given a credit and we came back a couple of weeks later. Highly recommended 👌🏼

Can't fault this place! Attended a DJ intro workshop and spent time in one of the DJ Booths. All the industry standard equipment one could need and nice private space to practice in. Will be back again.
