United Kingdom | 27 November 2021Hey guys, LOVED The customer service, keys weren’t working so we lost a lot of time trying to find one that worked! Pirate gave us a refund and that was so lovely! The PA in the room we had though Wasn’t working properly an dot was a struggle to hear anything between the crackling! So 5 star for the support team - 3 cause we had a bit of a nightmare but! We love Pirate and I know they’re gonna sort that room out that’s why am leaving the reviews! 😊

Portugal | 22 November 2021My son and his friends asked to leave 3 hours early as apparently 8 is too many to DJ too but this is not made too clear. So they lost 3 hours booking then fined 70£ which they used my daughters payment card that don’t understand how they had that on account. She’s never been so must have lent once upon a time. She’s 16 and now has only £9 in the world as pirate have robbed her

I had 2 issues, I need a USB port compatible with iPhone and I also needed to reaccess my room after overstaying (went to toilet and didn’t real size I run out of minutes) Sarah assisted my immediately on both occasions and made my experience super enjoyable. Will be back again purely due to the customer service!
