It is cheap and cheerful, equipment provided, and more than adequate to get work done, and the free wifi is excellent too. customer service is excellent. i have contacted them on more than one occasion, and the staff were very friendly, very obliging, and assisted me with my issues quickly and effectively. top marks!

Germany | 09 November 2021Also die Studios sind ganz gut, schön sauber. Aber der service ist leider nicht so gut. Ich finde man sollte 1 oder 2 Stunden vor dem Termin noch Stonieren können weil, falls einen nicht gut geht oder sonstiges dann ist es blöd dass man das nicht stornieren könnte. Hab ein DJ Raum gebucht, wollte noch mal gucken ob der Raum wirklich fest steht, und dann wurde der Account gesperrt… Hab immer noch nicht mein Geld zurückbekommen. Was man auch noch einführen sollte: Dass man mit Paypal bezahlen kann. Man kann mit Paypal einfach und schnell bezahlen. Also ich hoffe sowas komm in Zukunft. Sonst ist es ganz gut.

United Kingdom | 08 November 2021Love it!!!! I have been going to Pirate Rehearsal Studios for like the past 2 years, but took a long, long break due to Covid. Moved to a different city, and I now get to book a rehearsal studio for like £2 cheaper!! I've really missed it, and I'm so so glad to be back, finally. Literally the only 'downside' is that for the cheaper room we book, they don't provide cymbals/hi-hat cymbals - but we had our own with us, so it all worked out in the end. Not amazingly happy with the CCTV in the corner either (as I quite like to practise my singing/playing in complete private - there's all sorts of embarrassing movements to iron out), but I guess I understand the reasoning for it; we musicians don't always get the best reputation for not trashing a place. Amazing space, have done a ton of rehearsals, band auditions, etc. here. Love the code system for all the doors. Toilet facilities are always clean. Love the kitchen facilities, although I've never used them - I'm just glad to know they're there. I love the fact that I don't have to talk to anyone on a front desk. Corridors are always lit up with amazing noise - even if the band is bad/not my type of music to listen to, the acoustics manage to make them sound amazing and the atmosphere is super exciting. It makes all the difference in encouraging you when you're just starting out and have come from a relatively sleepy town where no one does music. It's got a nice community-esque feel to it. Everyone I've met (apart from a couple) has been pretty nice, and they're usually out of the rehearsal rooms on time.

United Kingdom | 07 November 2021I’ve used both the Nottingham and Sheffield studios booking out one of the DJ rooms on offer. The operation is quite slick, having the door codes emailed/text to you on booking. My first booking I left my laptop charger there by accident and customer service were very good on chat. Any issues I have ever had have been resolved in a manor I am happy with, it definitely sounds like they actually care. You get the odd bit of kit that’s dodgy but nothing worse than a club DJ both and normally you can overcome it and get it reported. Overall it offers really good value for money and I haven’t come across another service like it. You can count me as a happy customer.
