Everything was in another language so I couldn't use the item properly

I STILL have not received any of the three items I ordered from you ‼️

Still waiting for items, no answer when I emailed. No phone contact available.Tracking kept shutting down. Now I'm being asked to rate undelivered gifts. So no stars for customer service and shipping speed. Frustrating

Product is fine but takes way too long to receive items. One of my items did not arrive by Christmas. Very disappointing.

A cool looking charger and an interesting design. I use it as a work charger for my desk and so far so good.

I ordered 4 items, 1 of the 4 items would not work. It took over 1 month to receive the items. I am able to send the item back, but the shipping to return the item is 1 dollar less, than I paid for the item. I really should not be responsible for the return shipping on the defective item. I learned a lesson, I could have bought the 4 items for $12.00 more from a local store. I could have had them in my hand 29 days sooner and they would have replaced the bad item across the counter. I did it once, but not again.

Sent an order for two 8-bit Retro Pocket Game Players back on November 26. I was supposed to receive them before Christmas. It is now Christmas Eve and no possibility of receiving them. Sent notification to OverHalfSale and got no reply. I now feel as though I have been bilked out of my money. Worst yet is that my two precious granddaughters for whom the game players were intended will be very hurt and disappointed.

I have not gotten what I ordered and when I go to sign in it says no such email. If no such email how and why did I get this survey.or an email confirming u=order 14108. I can't even sign in to complain or review order.

Is it possible to give 0 stars. Item was supposed to be here last week. Website states you can track item but that does not exist. Told them to cancel item because they are past the deadline that I needed item. No Response now.

The website is not user friendly. It is slow. You increase prices above what they are anywhere else and then reduced them to simulate a pseudo bargain. If you would fix the website problems and cut the pricing games your success would multiply rapidly.

Very happy with my purchase! Was exactly as described and what I wanted. Also very fast shipping once it shipped and I was very, very pleased to receive it in time for Christmas!

This is the worst run company I have ever experienced. One week after receiving an email notice that my order had supposedly arrived at my house it still has not arrived. I have sent them several emails and messages with my order # and also full shipping address and they have not notified me of the packages whereabouts or even acknowledge that they received my information. I wish I had checked and seen all the other one star reviews before I got involved with this company. I wish now I could just get my $30.00 back and be done with them. 😠
