the worse website and customer service I ever work with. imagine I bought a gift for my daughter birthday for more than a month, without getting any right answer from the customer service team.(they keep sending me a link to track it and when you click on it)its completely blank with no info.

I have not received my package

Ordered boots on 11/23/18. As of 12/18/18 the boots haven't arrived. Had conversation by email with customer service and was told they were on time with their time frame of up to 21 working days. So I am still waiting. Will not order from them again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ordered a vest in an XXXL, knowing that clothing made in China tends to run small. The vest that arrived will barely fit my size Medium daughter! I have written to OverHalfSale twice asking how to return and get a refund, but no response. I am going to try to to put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN.

If I could give no stars, that is what I would give Overhalf.com. I ordered some Christmas gifts for my grandniece on December 2. The price was ok,maybe a little less than other sites,HOWEVER, I finally received part of the order YESTERDAY! I tried to check where the packages were about a week after ordering. When I clicked on the link, it sent me to some Chinese website. It was very confusing. If I had known this was coming from China,I would not have ordered. I wanted to refuse delivery but did not realize that the package was coming by regular post. I am sending the package back and I want a FULL REFUND. It should have been stated up front that the items were coming from China and would take over 2 weeks to be delivered. I ordered the same items from Amazon and got them in 3 days! If you intend to stay competitive in today’s online market, you really need to step up your game! I will NEVER order from Overhalf again!

The price obviously is what drives you here, but you get what you pay for. I ordered 3 items 3 weeks ago. I received 1 item, and the others are still in transit somewhere. The quality was marginal at best on the one item I received. Have zero confidence the other items will be delivered by Christmas. Do yourself a favor, spend an extra few bucks, buy local and don't mess with this fiasco.

Please do not ask for feed back on products I have yet to receive. I will be happy to rerate upon receipt.

I ordered a product on November 29th, it is December 16th and still do not have my product! Very disappointed because I thought I had ordered it early enough to be here before Christmas! Now, I’m stuck having to make another purchase from another company. I also emailed the company and have yet to receive a response as to what has happened to my package!

I have bought a few things from OHS now but will no longer deal with them at all. First, you know for what your paying the quality is just that... cheep. Some things that’s ok. I recently saw the Apple knock off earbuds and bought 3 pair for gifts. Then they put them on a better sale so I got the difference back and I ordered 3 more pair within 2-3 days later. The first order I ordered 2 black and a pink and the second order I ordered 3 black. 2-3 weeks later I received 1black and 1 pink pair, then the next day I received 1 black pair. I looked at email delivery confirmations and it was supposed to be both orders. I sent an email that they responded 3 days later and said they didn’t understand why I said I’m missing 3 pair. I replied back to them explaining again with order numbers and quantities of what I got with each order. And weeks later I hear nothing. I have sent several emails since with no response. I tried to spell it out like to a kindergartner but they can’t understand. Either way I’m sure they are deliberately ignoring me now since I have no response. So that’s almost $50 they got me for and it won’t happen again!
