Heated vest way too small. I usually wear a L or XL at most. Ordered 3Xl and it was 6 inches from even closing the vest. Size chart totally inaccurate and had to pay for return shipping. Did get refund (- shipping cost) with 1 week of item being returned. OverHalf easy to deal with but the product itself was very disappointing.

I ordered something from you and after over 30 days and 4 e-mails I never received it. You charged my credit card for it. You said it was delivered on 12/15/2018 but it never was. Now you won't even get back with me, so I called my credit card company and told them what happen. So they can deal with you now.

Have not received my order and already want rating, have received orders from different providers and received goods in reasonable time.
