I have recently bought a theme from worldpressit.com which does not work as expected. Their support is non existent, their responses sporadic and not helpful. Their responses and guidance all point to me not knowing how to configure/setup my WordPress site even when the issue can be directly linked to the actual theme. I have been working on WordPress for 10+ years and troubleshooted all the usual problems before reaching out. I have had good experiences before but with stores like this you basically just take a gamble.

We make so many requests for updates, they do nothing... Money waste....

I have been relying on Worldpress-IT for many WP plugins at a great price. The plugins are kept up to date with frequent updates. With most plugins not later than a week after the original update. But what impressed me the most is the customer support. I had an issue with one plugin. I used the chat functionality, and to my surprise the issue I had, got resolved in an instance. I purchased two different plugins that are completely useless because it won't allow you to activate the plugins using nulled versions. All I get is "WARNING YOU'RE USING A NULLED VERSION OF THIS PLUGIN, PLEASE PURCHASE A LICENSE FROM THE ORIGINAL AUTHOR" I've sent screen shots as proof, but their Customer service is non existent and just ignore my messages. Obviously to stingy or can't afford to refund 10 miesly dollars. You're better off just purchasing the plugins from the genuine authors! Going by the replies to the other bad feedback below, he sounds like a right bright spark and really mature lol. Bless
