Wow! I can't say enough about the quality of my new 1" acrylic block. I ordered a panoramic 20X6 and it is stunning. It has a 3-D effect, with beautifully finished edges. From the beginning of the process the customer service team was there to help (literally on-line) to answer all my questions and concerns. My package arrived across the country in about 10 days from the day I placed the order. It was well wrapped and I was notified by e-mail when it would be arriving (another plus for the excellent customer service). I have already recommended Bumblejax to several of my friends and family. Support was awesome. I was concerned my nightscapes may be too dark. After calling they assured me they could make small adjustments if needed and that they would let me know if they needed me to make more adjustments to the originals. I got a call later just to let me know they had printed all my shots and that they were good to go. My acrylic mounted prints showed up very well protected. The product is absolutely beautiful and extremely well put together. Will definitely use them for future fine display prints!
