I decided to print some hiking photos using acrylic, and had zero experience. I researched online and found a site that patiently explained everything - the process, pros/cons of various approaches, and I was sold. To my pleasant surprise, they happened to be based in Seattle where I live, so I was doubly sold. Their service was prompt and courteous, and they recommended some fine-tuning of the digital pics to ensure good print quality. I was thrilled with the results - they look unbelievable. And with the frame backing, it’s ready to hang - no waiting for a framing shop. Will do more in the future! I’ve been telling my friends about them.

This was the second time I ordered from Bumblejax but a different product, an acrylic print. The quality of the print was excellent and the colors, vivid. As was the case with my first order I was impressed by the packaging and care in shipping. I am happy to pay more for the quality and care from Bumblelax.

Bumblejax Print Lab did a fantastic job with my Trulife acrylic-mounted print. The colors are perfect, and the face-mounting is flawless. I love that they offer as standard the wood mounting on back with wire for easy hanging. Also, they did an awesome job packing it, and my order arrived very quickly. I'm extremely happy with Bumblejax, and I plan to order a lot more art prints from them!

They are responsive, Corey is great! They stand behind what they advertise which is a great plus. The only negative is their website needs to be a little less confusing but it got it done.

The people at Bumblejax were super responsive, very helpful, very friendly, and went above and beyond from start to finish: 1. I started with questions about what I was experiencing with a different print company, and the rep (Tate) at Bumblejax was patient and thoughtful on guiding me thru starting that work at Bumblejax. Then, fast forward to pick-up, where the two owners of the company gave me a mini tour of the space, talked me through some of their printing processes, and (one of the guys) even hand-delivered the print to my car. So, end-to-end processing. I really appreciate the way they do business.

Excellent. The products look great and the customer service is excellent. I'm new to acrylic printing and wasn't sure which products and options were best for my photos and they were very helpful (and didn't even recommend the most expensive options). My products arrived quickly and well-packed. With one of them, I had selected the wrong option (black instead of white backing). Bumblejax offered to reprint it for cost and waive the rush shipping to get it to me in time for my show. I can't recommend them enough. My only suggestion for new customers is to really measure your space. 16X12 sounds big, but it's really not (especially without a frame).

I chose Bumblejax after considering a number of labs, and I chose well. Their customer service is first rate, patiently answering all my questions and addressing concerns. I ordered a 32x24 acrylic and a smaller metal print and both were gorgeous- better than I hoped for. Turn around was fast and the prints were expertly packaged. I have several more projects to print and Bumblejax will be my go to lab for large scale fine acrylics.

I am such a huge fan of Bumblejax acrylic mounted prints, especially on metallic paper! They always come out stunningly beautiful. Their order process is very easy and the production time is extremely quick for these types of things. I've even designed a whole picture wall inspired by how great they look!

I couldn't be happier with the prints. I placed an order for 11 pieces for clients in the US after being sent a sample video of a similar sized photographic print on Di-Bond. On a gut feeling, I went ahead with the order and each one of my clients has been delighted. I will absolutely be using Bumblejax for my North American clients.

I highly recommend Bumblejax. Impressive quality and customer service. My grandma asked me to digitize some old black and white family photos and get them printed in the best quality possible.
