I was shopping printers due to shipping cost from my long term vendor I found unacceptable. Luckily, I came across Bumblejax. I was able to upgrade what I offer my clients and had an overall great experience. My first order was 17 prints (mostly five to seven feet wide on Dibond) and they were all jam up.

The quality is by far the best I have ever seen! I ordered a 12x18 1/2 inch acrylic print, which turned out phenomenal! There were no dust particles, scratches, blemishes, or defects, which could not be said for other printers I have used. The colors matched what I had on my monitor, and were very vibrant and accurate. The sharpness was superb, and there was no noticeable noise or print marks. Shipping is also the fastest I have ever seen as well.

Highly recommend Bumblejax. The end product was extremely beautiful with crisp colors, great resolution and a high quality finish. Packaging was very thorough and precise, and I appreciate that mounting hardware was included (not the case for other competitors). The biggest differentiator however was the customer service - I was able to have a direct conversation then personal text dialogue with the customer service rep which was extremely helpful. He was able to address real time questions, make recommendations on optionality and was extremely responsive. Best part was that he was able to take a 7 year old iPhone photo and make it look like a museum quality piece (at a size of almost 30x40). The responsiveness, personalized service and guidance through a myriad of options was a clear differentiator from competitors, and the pricing for the quality and service was very fair. I highly, highly recommend Bumblejax!!

I have had 22 images made into acrylic prints that hang in my home gallery. They are stunning attention grabbers that every visitor admires. Color is so extraordinary that people think I have painting behind glass. They are truly fine art pieces. The service is also beyond belief. I loved the personal attention that was given to my order from start to finish. I was able to discuss with a live person what my needs were. Then guided through what the best choices were for printing on acrylic. I was concerned about making sure the colors and tones would be ok. I was assured they’d check on it personally and don’t let anything ship without being double checked. My order arrived damaged due to improper handling through the delivery service. When I called bumblejax, there was no hesitancy to get one reprinted at no cost to me and shipped right back out. The quality and look of the final product was perfect and looked fabulous! Image was presented on the bamboo frame which simply "popped" into reality! The quality of the print to the finish of the materials made this 2022 Christmas present one to remember. We fully plan to continue using Bumblejax for the reasons of the ultra quality and their innovative ways to display images outside of "typical digital" mediums.

After having past disappointments with lesser metal print companies (Aluminyze, are you listening?), I decided to take my prints to the next level. After lengthy research on various photography sites, I decided to use BumbleJax primarily based on the absence of significant negative reviews. If you look carefully at many of their primary competitors on TrustPilot and elsewhere, all of the competition have had major gaffs or stumbles in more recent times, possibly due to COVID fallout. From the outset, BumbleJax customer service set a standard that almost no one anywhere can match. I started by uploading 6 images and then contacting their customer service about image size limitations based mb count. In phone and email communications with Tate and Corey, I gained confidence in their ability to make the best from my images and placed my order. I ordered 4 metal images and two acrylic images, 5 of which were large at 30x20. I was very happy with the product quality. In fact, I was so pleased that I ordered another image in odd size at 40x22 and I was again impressed. I think that it was Corey who did some enhancing of the images and he knows what he is doing as cloud texture came from a small sliver of sky and plant colors popped. I was even impressed by the metal bracket supplied for hanging each image as they give greater strength than what I have encountered before. A level is required. The only quibble I would have is that some aspects of their website are a little clunky and I had a hard time finding the tool that helps to assess size limitations for your image. This was more than compensated for by excellent communication with Tate and Corey. All in all, I got it right with BumbleJax.

Everything about Bumblejax is wonderful. My project started with a phone call where I was guided through the process. They couldn’t have been more helpful and I couldn’t be happier with my acrylic prints. The quality is superb and I’ll be a customer for life.
