2 months ago My first experience with Bumblejax was a unique one but great and is a true testament they put customer service at the forefront of their business let alone their product outputs. In my case their support service was put to the test with a FedEx truck catching on fire with my prints in them. Obviously not Bumblejax’s fault but they were with me every step of the way to ensure my prints were not damaged and even reimbursed me for the shipment out of their own doing. Will definitely be a returning customer!
