I have been using IPTV last 10 years. Whilst having screen freeze and loss of sound and vision constantly with IPTV provider, I wanted to find a new IPTV Service which will be reliable, customer focused and trouble free. I started to shop and tried more than 30 providers until I come across with DIGITAL PLANET. After using trial section for one hour and communicated using c mail and whatsapp, I have immediately switched to ‘Digital Planet’. I never had any problem with watching any country and channel so far and immediately got response to my mails and messages. I recently subscribed 2. Device with DIGITAL PLANET and recommend everybody without using test as well. Their service is extremely reliable, hassle free and proliferate is reasonably priced, nearly 59% cheaper than any other providers. Thank you to great team and being part of great family.

The service provided has been excellent. If you have any issues, you can contact them, and they’ll sort it out very quickly. Customer service has been brilliant.

Avoid this service at all despite low prices. If you plan to stream through smart tv, this service doesn’t work. You will have screen freeze for most favourite channels. The EPG doesn’t work at all. Lastly the customer service through WhatsApp is rubbish. When I complained about all issues I experienced, thd answer was it all work on them laptops!!! When I replied it is ridiculous I was probably blocked by them as the messages I sent I see are unread. It’s not worth the fuss, you’ll be stuck for the time of your subscription with something doesn’t work the way it should. I’ll be trying to get my money back.

I am very happy with there service with the new app we are using has not failed at all and if it has they are very quick to let us know what is going on.

A really good service, literally had everything on but i asked to get things i didnt use taken off to make it easier to navigate, this was done immediately used a few different apps so far now using the 4K VIP, had a few little problems but everything was sorted through the WhatsApp very quickly

First of all the streams from this guy was never that stable in the first place and this month along its been down for 12 hours which is along time for one month. Also unless your a Pakistani the Netflix channels are pointless.
