A total con. Paid for 12 months and all started well. After about 2 hours I couldn't get any channels to load. I messaged the WhatsApp number provided in welcome email and nobody read it. I emailed them and they gave me another WhatsApp number. The one I sent there hasn't been read either. Several emails to them asking to cancel have been ignored. I'm now going to trading standards. Thank you for your response, I messaged that number and it was delivered at 16.03 on 17 April and hasn't even been read so I won't be wasting my time sending another one. Refund my money please.
