been trying to purchase a subscription as i was happy with performance on the trial i had, but have been waiting hours for the invoice to be emailed to me so i can pay the subscription fee and get all set up. i have used every possible whats app number on the website and off emails they have sent me and no one replies to the help asked for on whats app UPDATE still waiting 24 hours later for support for just buying a subscription not looking good for customer service may have to try another iptv service. update its taken just over a week to to be able to purchase a subscription got there in the end service support has been ok could of been a maybe a bit quicker, the stability and quality of the tv has so far been very good.

This company is brilliant, always get back to you when you message them and always willing to go above and beyond to help with any difficulties you might have, always polite when you ask for help unlike the previous company we used 'Trojan' they really don't care about their customers.. Think all my friends and family will be sticking with Digital Planet for a long time
