Currently having connection problems, helpful for a start , but as the problem continues they are no longer answering on WharsApp … as an older person I need help with Set up or sorting problems ..At this point problem NOT resolved WhatsApp contact not being answered …Had my IT man come in this morning and went through Set up to ensure I wasn’t doing things wrongly after 1 hour he left with connection still unsolved …. Will probably try sorting problems via Papal … sad to have to do this but as an older person not understanding IT what else can you do .? … 24/7 customer service is laughable , had NO contact for 24 hours …. The number in your comment is the same one I have been using for trying to get HELP , on WhatsApp many comments remain un-answered .. would suggest you check your WhatsApp .. will update this thread IF contact is made or problems sorted .. having been self employed for 40 plus years I understand some customers can be challenging .. I consider myself a fair person and only want problems resolved .. How do you react to Trust-pilot post in 30 mins yet I have HELP questions un-answered on the WhatsApp number for over 24 hours …

Been using this service for a few years now and they are to class , never or hardly any buffering, and a massive Choice and they do some good deals when it comes to renew your subscription and also if you need help they are very quick to respond and help you with any problems would definitely recommend this company
