Excellent service by the staff at York branch and the call centre in Scotland.The van was immaculate.

Jessica, our rental advisor was an absolute pleasure to speak to. Although we were to rent a van her knowledge of the cars for sale on the forecourt was outstanding, her enthusiasm was totally infectious. 10/10.

I didn’t get the vehicle I booked and paid for. Please dont get me wrong in that staff very pleasant and helpful but why allow you to select a vehicle and then get told it has the same seats so thats what you get.

I had put my car in my usual garage for repair and couldn't get it back on time for a couple of hospital appointments in Glasgow so I thought I would try as I have used before and have been really happy with the service. I did get a car and was completely satisfied as I thought I would be. All staff very helpful.

A shame I can't give zero stars. My experience....paid in full for car hire in July, submitted pre check-in details (DVLA code etc) as requested a week or two before expected hire. On day of hire, I was denied a pre-agreed collection from my hotel and then when I got to the branch, they ran an "identification verification" check and denied hire, despite me having already paid in full, having a credit card for incidentals and id with passport, driving licence, bank statements etc etc. Staff were not very professional and lacking customer service skills. I have already complained but no satisfactory answers forthcoming. Update following a further response.....complaints department useless as well.
