After having a very stressful day with the breakdown of my works van , I rang up Arnold Clark and spoke to a very helpful advisor Gregor Macleod who reassured me he could provide me with what I required the very next day . He informed me what of what documentation I required to take and even sent me through the address of where to go. When I arrived he went through every thing with me , everything was so seamless and was very helpful , within 30 minutes I was shown my van , signed my Documents and was off to work again. Brilliant service and would highly recommend using them again.

Check in and out was swift ,concise, easy and explained well ,all staff members welcoming and friendly .Top notch vehicle which was a pleasure to drive - I was surprised how easy it was to manoeuvre compared to older models .Showroom had some vintage cars in it which was interesting.

Went to Scotland in 2024, it has been amazing. Process extremely clear and transparent, no surprises at all when arriving and picking up the car. When returning the car as well, super fair and reasonable in terms of car inspection, which could be tricky when visiting the Highlands. Nothing additional was ever charged, not even suggested, I can only recommend to everyone. Staff was super friendly and professional, kudos to Jezza!
