Brilliant service

Initial poor start, after easy on line booking site reception was unable/unwilling to answer telephone queries. Stating she was unable to check as due to high demand there were no vans on site so would I like to cancel. Drove past ten minutes later - around10 in their compound! Needed the van so risked continuing. Such a change on collection - Louisa was professional, helpful and friendly. Quickly answered queries and offered a choice of vehicles. Excellent service from that point and better value than the companies previously used

Vans are always clean and tidy. Friendly welcoming staff, quick to sort issues, twice the van I’ve hired hasn’t been available but they’ve always sorted a replacement days before me picking up.
