Purchased all my cars from arnold Clark,never had any problems and always a good service.

We had a van for couple of hrs it was spotless full of deisel very quiet running I used to drive deisel vans at work and these now are great. Will use Arnold Clark again great service.

Refusing to hire to me anymore after over 25 years a customer of arnold clark no reason why not good customer service at all never damaged any car. I’ve never damaged or been stopped in any vehicle Arnold Clark have hire me so what you protecting it’s insured that i pay for when you hire any car or own one so your reply means nothing to my complaint about your terrible customer service that is now zero stars still not told me how you won’t hire to me let the public know i have nothing to hide thank you.

I had always used East Kilbride Arnold Clark for van, car hire in the past. However, placed an order on 14th August 2024 for a Lluton or equivalent on 17th August 24. I was advised I could not book the van all day, and if I need it longer on the day, I could extend the rental on the day for £12 for every hour. On picking up the van on the day, again the staff member advised of requirement for an extension per hour. The staff member to her left advised that they were too busy and I would have to bring the van back in 3 hours. I stated I have a house to empty where I was met with a vail of apathy.. I subsequently had to hire a 'man and van' to complete my removal. I used enterprise for the second flitting, and can't praise them enough. Frank incredibly stressed and still livid.
