Online instructions meant I had everything necessary with me. Shuttle service to & from Carlisle station was excellent. Office staff (Kelly processed me on arrival) were very efficient and all extremely friendly, as were the shuttle drivers. The car was almost new and had far more "spec" than I needed. Very nice drive and a good experience all round.

We travel back to the UK for an extended holiday every year. After reading some great reviews on a travel tips website, this year we chose to hire from Arnold Clark, Manchester Airport. They were fabulous. The vehicle supplied was a zippy little MG3 (perfect for our needs). The staff were both efficient as well as being super friendly. The whole process of collecting and returning the car was seamless. The price was fair and the hire conditions and inclusions were better than other firms we've used in the past. We would recommend Arnold Clark to anyone looking for an honest car or van hire firm and will be using them for all our future trips to the UK.

The staff were very attentive and showed their confidence in what they were doing. Vans were clean and tidy. The only thing I could fault with the process was the vehicle excess of £1500 or pay a further £20 to avoid this. Overall a good experience

We Hired a Vauxhall Corsa Dual Control learners car from Sydenham branch at very short notice for teaching and for an Exam as a national driving school failed to turn up for lessons & exam. Very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating staff who treat you with utter respect. The Pupil driving the car commented on the smoothness and how easy it was to operate car especially at short notice. We’ve used Arnold Clarke a lot over the past couple of months for vans etc so a one stop shop for vehicle hire.

Needed a van for a few hours. Price was great. Booking process was very easy and online check in was simple. Collection was quick and easy and drop off was the same. Staff were friendly and helpful.
